Naps

There is a period of your life, between the ages of 5 and 35, when naps play no part in your daily routine. Outside of that they are little oasis of calm that punctuate the day. I am looking forward to reaching my sixties so that I can have even more of them.

I'm reading a book by Mike Befeler - something about a retirement home murder. The main character's memory resets (to blank) whenever he goes to sleep. Poor man! If he takes a nap, he'll forget the tiny bits he remembers of the day.
